Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business day (Monday-Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- High-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Hong Kong only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Hong Kong cannot be fulfilled at this time.
Shipping Methods & Times
Delivery windows depend on the carrier selected at checkout. Typical estimates are:
- Hong Kong: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package is delayed, please check the tracking page first. If a package appears lost, contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Local Pickup and Handoff
For eligible orders, local pickup or in-person handoff options may be offered at checkout or by arrangement. Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed time and checking items before completion.
