Refund Policy

1. General Return Position

Due to the nature of collectibles, most sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, price changes, or condition disagreements where the listing and photos match the delivered item.

Please review item scans, grading notes, and product details before checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be approved when there is a verified fulfillment error on our side, including:

  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item from a confirmed shipment
  • Transit damage supported by clear photo/video evidence

Report delivery issues within 7 days of delivery. For transit damage, contact us within 48 hours and keep all original packaging for claims review.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are non-refundable unless required by applicable law:

  • Opened sealed products (booster packs, boxes, or promo bundles)
  • Items altered after delivery (cleaned, pressed, bent, or otherwise modified)
  • Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the reporting window

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

5. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing timelines vary by payment provider and may take several business days.
