Raw Cards & Sealed Policy
We grade cards and sealed products in good faith using visual inspection and product-specific checks. Please review all listing photos and descriptions before checkout. Condition labels shown at checkout are final for condition-based expectations, except where the wrong item is delivered or the item arrives with verified shipping damage.
Raw Cards Condition Guide
| Condition | Description |
|---|---|
| Mint | Cards are in pristine condition with no visible flaws, scratches, or wear. They appear as though they were just taken out of the pack. |
| Near Mint | Cards have minimal wear with very slight imperfections, such as a few faint scratches or very light edge wear. Almost new in appearance. |
| Lightly Played | Cards show slight wear on edges and corners or very minimal surface imperfections. However, no significant damage is present. |
| Moderately Played | Cards have moderate wear, visible scratches, and/or slightly frayed edges. They may have light surface wear but no heavy creases or bends. |
| Heavily Played | Cards show heavy wear, including visible edge fraying, scratches, creases, and/or surface scuffing. May have multiple marks but are still structurally intact. |
| Damaged | Cards have substantial wear, with significant creases, bends, tears, or stains. These cards are strictly for collection and may not be suitable for tournament play or display. |
Condition-Based Claims and Exceptions
- Condition disagreements alone are not eligible for return or refund once an order is confirmed.
- If we ship the wrong card, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- If the package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and submit clear evidence within 48 hours.
- Approved claims are handled under our Refund Policy.
Sealed Products Policy
For sealed products, exterior condition labels apply to packaging state at dispatch. We do not guarantee pull rates, card outcomes, or manufacturer print quality variations. Returns are not accepted for opened products unless required by law.
| Condition | Description |
|---|---|
| Standard Condition | The product is in new or like-new condition with no rips, tears, or aesthetic damage to the packaging. |
| Imperfect Packaging | The product is still complete, with all contents inside the box. The packaging may have aesthetic imperfections such as a torn box, ripped seal, or dents. The damage is to the exterior only and does not affect the product itself. |
