Meetup Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to card orders fulfilled by in-person meetup in Hong Kong. It governs online inspection, in-person verification, pickup commitment, cancellation, and dispute handling.
2. Key Definitions
- Listing: the product page, scans, title, card set, card number, condition notes, and stated price at confirmation time.
- Material difference: wrong card, wrong variant, or undisclosed major damage that is clearly inconsistent with the listing.
3. Online Inspection Before Meetup
Customers should carefully review listing scans, card details, and pricing before confirming a meetup. Questions should be raised before meetup confirmation.
4. Meetup Confirmation and Attendance
A meetup is confirmed only after both parties agree on date, time, location, and payment method. Customers must arrive on time or notify us of delay. A delay beyond 30 minutes without notice may be treated as a no-show.
5. Final Offline Verification
At meetup, customers may perform a final in-person check of the card condition and item identity against the listing before completion.
- Verification should be completed at the meetup location before payment handoff is finalized.
- By completing payment and pickup, the customer confirms acceptance of the item as delivered.
6. Commitment to Complete Pickup
Once meetup is confirmed, customers agree to complete pickup and payment as arranged unless the item is materially different from what was shown online (for example, wrong card, wrong variant, or undisclosed significant damage).
7. Cancellation and No-Show Rules
- Cancellation is accepted if the item is materially different from the online listing.
- Cancellation for other reasons after meetup confirmation is not accepted.
- Repeated no-shows or non-policy cancellations may result in future meetup restrictions or prepayment requirements.
8. Payment and Transfer of Ownership
Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once payment is completed and the card is handed over. After completion, later condition disputes are handled under our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
9. Safety and Conduct
We may refuse or cancel meetup arrangements where safety concerns, abusive conduct, or suspected fraud are present. Alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion.
10. Dispute Handling
If there is a disagreement at meetup, both parties should pause the transaction and document the issue. Supporting photos, chat confirmation records, and listing details may be used for review. Final resolution follows this policy together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
